Meditation and Wellness Timers
Quiet countdowns for sitting, breathing, resting and winding down. Soft alarm, no ticking, nothing flashing at you.
These pages stay quiet on purpose: no ticking, nothing flashing, and an ending you can set to a soft bell or to silence. Being startled out of a practice defeats the point of having done it.

Choosing between them
Nothing here needs to be achieved, which is unusual enough to be worth stating. The timer exists so you can stop working out how much longer is left, and it ends with a sound you choose rather than a jolt. If the mind wanders for the whole session, that is the ordinary experience of practice, not a failed attempt at it.
Start with the 15 minute timer
If you are not sure which length you need, the 15 minute timer is the one most people reach for. It is short enough to start without thinking about it and long enough to finish something.
